About Edmonton
No matter what the season, the city of Edmonton in Alberta Canada has
adventures for all tastes. With a growing population of more than 800,000
inhabitants, this once fur trading outpost from 1795 was setup as Hudson's
Bay Company Trading Post to make peaceful commerce with the natives Indians
living in the region. This historical aspect of Edmonton can still be felt
in a single day at the Elk Island National Park. Aspen Parkland is an

Alberta, the University of Alberta main campus is located in the heart of
the city and is known for its scenic river valley, art and music festivals
and The Muttart Conservatory which is known as Canada’s largest living

Airport, which is in the heart of the city can be an excellent means of
coming in and out of the city from abroad as well as from within the
continent itself. Visitors are welcome year round and no matter what the
